- The tuna salad is very easy to make, perfect for beginners. Only ingredients have to be chopped and mixed.
- Buy canned tuna to make the salad. You will find it basically with water, vegetable oil and olive oil – use the one you like the most.
- The golden corn, that is used in this salad, also has to be canned.
- In this recipe peas are also used and they can be bought canned or frozen.

- Dice 1 tomato, put them in a bowl and reserve.
- Cut 1 celery rib into small chunks, pass them to the bowl and reserve.
- Finely chop 1/2 onion and 1 coriander sprig; upon completion transfer them to the bowl.
- Also add in the bowl:
- 2 Tuna cans without the liquid in which it is seasoned.
- The juice of 1 Lime.
- 1/4 cup of Peas.
- 1/4 cup of canned Golden Corn Kernels.
- 4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise.
- Pepper to taste.
- 1/4 tablespoon of Salt.
Chipotle mayonnaise can also be used to give a deeper flavor to the salad. |
- Mix very well the tuna salad with a mixing spatula.
