Jalapeno Pepper Salsa
roasted

The variety of salsas that exist in the Mexican recipe book is almost limitless. Change the type of chili, use a herb or different spice or simply make it with another preparation technique and from each salsa numerous variations can be obtained.

This is a salsa that is prepared roasted. In this case the jalapeno peppers are roasted, along with the common ingredients of a typical Mexican salsa (garlic, onion, tomato). The salsa will give us
an unlimited freshness with a characteristic roasted flavor . Furthermore it is seasoned with a mixture of cumin and oregano, that enhance even more the aromas of all the ingredients.

This is a tasty and spicy table salsa that can serve for almost any dish. It can be used in a breakfast of eggs and refried beans. It can also be put on appetizers like quesadillas , flautas , sincronizadas , etc. – or in some good chicken or beef tacos; even in a burrito.
